Monthly Meeting: Monday, February 23, at Louisville Alfalfa’s

The Boulder Area Trails Coalition (BATCO) has its regular monthly meeting on Monday, February 23 at 7 p.m. at the Louisville Alfalfa’s grocery store meeting room.

Our special guest this month will be Tracy Winfree, Interim Director of the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks.   Tracy brings a long history of successful projects and negotiations for the City of Boulder’s Transportation Department, and is breathing a new attitude of “Yes We Can!” into a department not exactly known for its positive atmosphere. Please plan to come to the meeting and share your priorities for OSMP!

We will also be discussing the latest developments in the plan for trails at Joder Ranch and the North TSA, an update on Boulder County Parks & Open Space’s trail plan at AHI/Double Dove, and other projects.  We will also attend to some important matters such as social media and end user outreach, our bag credit promotion at Ideal Market in Boulder, and updates on the sales of the new 2015 BATCO map.   All are welcome  — please come with any other topics that you would like to discuss, or just to learn more!

The Louisville Alfalfa’s is located at 785 E. South Boulder Rd., which is on the northwest corner of South Boulder Rd. and Centennial Dr. just north of Old Town Louisville.  The meeting room is in the rear of the store, on the right side and up a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor.
